A police community support officer (PCSO) in Gloucester used an electric-powered Zwing scooter to apprehend an offender.
The officers in the city have been using the e-scooters, which are part of a transport trial, to engage with the public.
On Wednesday evening, Gloucestershire Police shared video footage of an officer on a Zwing scooter zooming around the city.
Just 24 hours later, a PCSO used the same e-scooter to spot a man who was in breach of court bail conditions.
The Zwings scooter patrols have previously been praised by a spokesperson for Gloucester City Police.

Electric unicycles make great all terrain devices due to their larger wheel size, enabling military personnel to cover ground quickly and silently, either for patrol or combat purposes.
