Member of the “Carve Electric UK” Facebook group Julien K, was riding his electric skateboard on a cycle path by Blackfriars road, when a bicycle mounted Metropolitan Police Officer deliberately intercepted Juliens’ electric skateboard using the front wheel of his bicycle.
Julien was sent flying resulting in injuries to his hands, legs and back.
CCTV from a local shop captured the event, which Julien reported to the Metropolitan Police.
